Whether you enjoy the full rich tone of the cello and the classical masters, or earth shattering bass from Bass Mechanix, a properly designed subwoofer is an integral part of any sound system.  Most manufacturers put little if any effort into planning their speaker box designs, and rather give designs based on the most common size that will fit in the average car.  Worse yet are the prefabricated boxes sold by third parties.  There is no magic size speaker box for any size of speaker.  Rather, it varies based upon cone size, excursion, motor efficiency and cone weight.  With so many factors to be considered, the only way to truly figure out the ideal size for a woofer is with complicated formulas and algorithms.

Subwoofer Enclosure Design

Using the factory Theile Small parameters or obtaining them for myself, I can design a custom subwoofer enclosure tailored to the users listening preferences.

Tuned & Sealed Box Construction

All boxes are built from 3/4" MDF, the most suitable material for adverse sound dampening.  Industrial strength glue, and hidden screws make sure the enclosure will stand both the test of time and the rigorous vibrations of even the most powerful subwoofers.

Subwoofer Repair

Most subwoofers are not worth the cost of the materials involved in refurbishing, but on the occasion where it is acceptable, breathing life into a dead subwoofer is both rewarding and cost effective.
